Right technique to full body massage

1.    Begin with the feet

•    Cover up the leg that currently not massaged with a towel and center of massaging the calf of other leg using a kneading technique.
•    Gently proceed towards the thigh and replicate the kneading method. Compress the heel of the hand into the skin and gently proceed along the thigh. Remember to move towards heart direction while massaging.
•    Coat the finished leg with a towel and replicate the massage on the other leg.

3.    Move from the lower to the upper back

Use the same effleurage technique mentioned above from the top of the glutes to the base of the neck. Perform soft and long strokes.
•    Work way up, maintaining the hands parallel to each other and on either side of the spin place the palm of each hand.  After reaching the top of the neck, likewise outlining the top of a heart fan the hands outwards crosswise the shoulder.

•    It is done by placing a hand on either shoulder and kneading the thumbs deep into the muscles of the shoulders. Proceed with fingers for grip and remember no to press into collarbone as it can result in being painful.
•    In a similar manner, allocate clients direction facing towards you and, make a fist of both hands and then, rub knuckles slowly around tops of the shoulders in order to reduce any tension.
•    It depends on thumbs to press and release down the tops of the shoulders and back of the neck.

 5.    Massage the hands and arms.

Next, is massaging the arms and hands one at a time.
•    Grab the client’s wrist with a left hand lifting the whole arm from the bed. And with the right arm sweep along the back of the forearm, alongside the triceps and over the shoulder, approaching back on the opposite side.
•    Under the same circumstances, replace the holding wrist to your right hand and remove the left hand around the forearm and bicep then above the shoulder and down the converse side.
•    Accordingly, put the client’s arm back on the bed, access with finger and thumbs to slowly and gently knead the upper arms and forearms.
•    Take a guest’s hand in your hand to massage hands. Use the thumbs to massage palm by means of minute spherical motions. After that, slowly and gently slide from knuckle to the nail taking each finger in turn.

6.    End with the head.

Finally, follow-through ends with the head, thus ask a client to flip an over.
•    Apply thumbs to smoothly massage the top of the scalp using nails to scratch lightly.
•    Comparable, using thumb and forefinger massage the folds and lobe of both ears. Gently take fingerprints along the contour of the cheekbones.
