Is it worth of risk?, with the time it will pass, yes I can do it, I am in stress and anxiety but I can overcome it: are general and effective self-guidance that overcomes negative thoughts and feelings. Regular positive self-talk eventually guides an individual towards positive vibes.

Stress results in muscle stiffness and spasm. Similarly, Yoga, meditation, jogging, hands, legs and backbone stretch helps our body to attain relaxation. These activities are of progressive nature and are very profound to maintain stress and anxiety.

Going through diet

Our diet impacts our emotional state. Foods that contain caffeine and alcohol exacerbate anxiety. Drinks like coffee, colas, chocolates, and tea contain caffeine. Such diets common symptoms are headaches, irritability, and restlessness. So, it is better to decrease the consumption of diets that contain caffeine. And alcohol causes dehydration which aids anxiety.

Get Moving

Most of all keep forwarding yourself to healthy habits like regular exercise, meditation, healthy diets, and many others.  Research has a proven record of benefits from the regular schedule. Irregular activities are more likely to disorder anxiety and stress.
