Put safe, non-toxic sunscreen

Do not get the attraction to those sunscreens that have high SPF as incremental sun protection weakens as SPF increases. Avoid tanning beds

Better use safer options for like self-tanning towels or lotions for better summer skin. Check the ingredients label for safe formulation and methylparaben and synthetic perfume. They are toxic.

In the summer, the skin does not get dry. So, it is easy to moisturize our skin. A lotion containing aloe vera is very useful to maintain a burned skin. It helps by aiding hydration to the burned skin and support to heal the discomfort.
Have lots of summer fun, but don’t skimp on sleep
Stress hormones increase because of a lack of sleep. Stress hormones can slow down the productions of collagen in the skin. Lack of collagen makes one look tired and worn.
Drink lots of water
Adequate drinking helps our body to function. As our body comprises a huge amount of water, it affects how our skins look and feel.
