Sannyasi Dharmaraj is a wandering Sadhu and he originally belongs to the Kerala State of India. He has completed 23years in this wandering spiritual life. And also, I feel that meditation and yog nindra techniques are useful in this modern fast life. This is to cope with stress, depression and other physical and psychological problems.

Meditation

Meditation is the method of familiarizing our mind with positivity, virtue, etc. As more familiar our mind is with positivity it becomes more claimer and peaceful. When our mind is peaceful and free from stress, mental discomfort than we are able to experience than true happiness. For example, if we are out having a great time with friends, and then we get upset about something, all peace and happiness automatically disappears. Therefore it is important to train our minds through meditation. It is one of the best ways to learn is by using breathing meditation. This process is to cleanse your mind from the impurities of the social world and the negative influences. It causes in our day to day life.

Yog Nindra

Yog nindra is a state of sleeping with a state of consciousness and between sleeping and walking such as going to sleep stage.  The practitioner practices the body in which the body is completely relaxed and becomes systematically increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions.

This can be also termed as “Psychic sleep or deep relaxation techniques”. It generates the whole conscious, subconscious and unconscious facilities of the mind. It is also a deepest possible state of relaxation maintaining the full consciousness of the practitioners and also the practice of yoga relaxation has been found as reducing tension and anxiety such as a headache, giddiness, chest pain, palpitations, sweating and abdominal pain. Simply described as effortless relaxation, Yoga Nidra is an essential end to any yoga pose sequence. Yoga postures ‘warm-up’ the body; Yoga Nidra ‘cools it down’. We provide you with special private personal classes as per the demand on Sunday and Wednesday from 10:00 am to 11:15 am.
